CLOSED | Country Manager – Gothenburg

The range of products and services of our customer, a large and global logistics company, covers a number of specialized and industry specific services aside from the proven logistics solutions for general industrial- and consumer goods. The company has decided to establish an own entity in Gothenburg, Sweden for air and ocean services. For this purpose we are looking for an experienced country manager with the capability to handle a start-up.

The main tasks will be::

• To build and ensure growth for the company in Sweden
• To plan and carry out activities according to the company´s long term objectives
• To develop business with current and new customers
• To build the company’s sales organization in Sweden
• To be responsible for the P/L budget
• To lead and develop the company´s Swedish organization
• To secure adherence to company KPI´s and values

In order to succeed here you must have::

• A university degree or a similar education
• At least 3 years experience in a leading role within the logistic industry
• At least 3 years of P/L experience and staff management
• Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English) written as well as oral
• A strong commitment, energy and business skill
• A thorough experience in air and seafreight logistics
