Our customer is looking for an experienced business manager for the Air & Ocean area. You will be leading a team of approximately 40 colleagues out of which 3 will be reporting directly to you. You are also a part of the division management.

You will have a key role in ensuring that the companys economic and growth goals are achieved.

Your main tasks will be:

• To lead and develop the business area as per a set business plan
• To be responsible for the business areas P/L budget.
• To ensure that set KPI:s are reached
• To ensure that the companys values are adhered to.
• To lead, develop and coach the staff of the business area
• To take responsibility for, and develop the business with major customer accounts. 

In order to succeed in this position you must have:
A university degree or equivalent
At least 5 years in a leading position within the logistic industry.
At least 3 years experience with P/L responsibility as well as staff management.
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English oral as well as written.
Never ending energy, involvement and focus.
